Trace the history of titles and tax declarations, updating earlier tracebacks after the latest title or tax-declaration transfer.

Summarize important legal issues and identify documents the seller must provide before a sale can proceed.

Consolidate and prepare the required records for payment-clearance endorsement.

Draft land-acquisition documents such as offers to buy, terms of reference, contracts to sell, deeds of absolute sale, special powers of attorney, affidavits, and acknowledgement receipts.

Complete other non-routine legal tasks as assigned.

Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.

Graduate of a reputable law school.

At least two to three years in the practice of law.

Experience conducting due diligence for land acquisition and tax declarations.

A strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and professional maturity.
