At the heart of Joy~Nostalg's culture is the CVC: Charisms, Values, and Competencies. These are not words on a wall. They are the operating system of how we work.
Every month of the year is dedicated to one Charism, one Value, and one Competency drawn from the CHRISTUDE framework and Ignatian spirituality. The entire organization, from the GEO to the newest Jeprox, focuses on the same theme together. It shapes how we reflect, how we make decisions, and how we serve the people our mission exists for.

Culture Formation Programs

Culture Day is a full-day workshop seminar held every month to ensure the Joy~Nostalg CVC is not just known but truly lived. It follows the SPIES approach, covering the Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Social dimensions of each person, for the formation of Soul, Mind, and Body.
Each Culture Day includes a Soul Session anchored in faith and reflection, a Mind Session featuring thought leaders and speakers who bring the month's value to life, a Body Session that grounds formation in real stories and practical application, and a recognition moment where Jeprox who have lived the values exceptionally are celebrated in front of the whole community.
Culture Day is not a seminar you sit through. It is a gathering you belong to.

The Reflection Awards
Joy~Nostalg's monthly recognition program honors employees who embody the CVC in their everyday work. The Reflection Awards are given to individuals who relentlessly deliver value-added results, perform their duties with unwavering commitment, and advance the company's mission through how they show up every single day.

The Unity Awards
The Unity Awards is Joy~Nostalg's most prestigious company honor. It recognizes employees who have consistently demonstrated loyalty, dedication, excellence, and deep alignment with the organization's mission and values over time. It is not given lightly. It is earned through years of faithful, excellent service.
The Unity Awards is Joy~Nostalg's way of saying: we noticed, we are grateful, and you belong to this story.
Joy to the World
Twice a Year, We Leave theOffice and Go Serve.
Joy to the World is Joy~Nostalg's heartfelt gift-giving and immersion initiative, rooted in compassion and guided by the 7 Corporal Works of Mercy. It takes place twice a year: in June, in celebration of the Joy~Nostalg Anniversary, and in November, in the spirit of Christmas.
Through Joy to the World, Jeprox go out into communities to extend love and support to the hungry, the homeless, the sick, orphans, the elderly, and the imprisoned. It is not a corporate social responsibility checkbox. It is the mission made personal.
When you join Joy~Nostalg, service is not something the company does on your behalf. It is something you do, together, as one JEPROX Nation.
